• Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L management and strategic decision-making skills.
• Industry Expertise: Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and consumer markets.
• IBP Savvy: Experience in Integrated Business Planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment.
• Influential Leadership: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
