Mission
What you will drive
- Take full accountability for revenue with new and existing corporate clients across services lines Carbon Advisory, Portfolio Services and Offtakes Sales for goodcarbon Originals
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure using a consultative selling approach
- Actively manage and grow partnership sales channels while building a robust pipeline for outbound sales
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and expand the sales team while developing strategic sales plans

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B Enterprise sales
- Proven experience and established network in sustainability and/or the carbon market
- Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies, coaching teams, and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to influence at executive level
- Fluency in German and English is essential
