Head of Risk and Compliance

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Risk and Compliance to lead and drive high-impact compliance initiatives focused on supporting Fastmarkets' strategy to become a world-leading PRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive high-impact compliance initiatives focused on supporting Fastmarkets' strategy to become a world-leading PRA
• Design, implement, oversee and review compliance monitoring and testing processes for all commodities price reporting
• Ensure business compliance with the European Benchmark Regulation (BMR) and manage all aspects relating to examinations and IOSCO assurance reviews
• Manage the risk register, develop KPIs for regulatory compliance and operational resilience, and support embedding of the enterprise risk management framework

This role creates positive change by ensuring Fastmarkets' compliance with increasingly stringent benchmark and price regulation, giving customers full confidence and trust in their data while helping the organization deliver its strategy to become a world-leading PRA.

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with and accountability for IOSCO assurance
• Strong working knowledge of regulation and risk and compliance best practices
• Experience providing advisory compliance services to businesses regarding regulatory matters
• People management experience (managing two Risk & Compliance Managers)
