  • Own the commercial operating architecture across systems, processes, forecasting, reporting, planning, and compensation.

What makes you a great fit

  • 5–6 years of Revenue Operations experience, including 2+ years leading the function within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling operating foundations in complex, fast-growing businesses.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate systems, processes, and data into measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead through collaboration rather than formal authority.
