Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the team and competencies through coaching leadership in accordance with Vattenfall's values
• Ensure the team works with clear goals, product strategies, priorities, and appropriate methodologies for product management and development projects
• Ensure effective lifecycle management of products - from idea to customer-centric product to decommissioning
• In collaboration with internal key stakeholders, ensure the product portfolio is optimized based on the best interests of the Business Area and Vattenfall
• Be responsible for products and services complying with laws, regulations, and standards, and have overall responsibility for product profitability and customer satisfaction
• Participate in further developing and maintaining partner strategies
• Be responsible for budget, resource planning, and relevant reporting
• Be a central point of contact between technology, business, customers, and partners

Required qualifications and experience:

• Experience in leading and developing teams through coaching leadership
• Proven ability to work with product strategies, priorities, and methodologies for product management
• Experience in product lifecycle management from ideation to decommissioning
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize product portfolios
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance for products and services
• Experience with budget, resource planning, and reporting
• Ability to serve as a liaison between technology, business, customers, and partners
