Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Partner with CEO and executive leaders to integrate people strategy into organizational strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People Team across all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and policy development
- Lead onboarding, orientation, engagement, and transition programs across the organization

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 7+ years in senior HR leadership roles
- Nonprofit experience required
- Experience serving as a strategic HR leader reporting to CEO, President, or Executive Team
- Experience supporting multi-state, distributed workforce with strong HRIS and people analytics experience
