Head of People (People & Workflow Lead)

• Develop transparent frameworks for performance, pay benchmarking & calibration, and progression in line with Teal-inspired principles.
• Own and strengthen core people operations, overseeing HR, compliance, contracts, payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and people data.
• Create and drive people strategies that build clarity, capability, and accountability for leaders in a remote, global organisation.
• Establish clear guidelines, reporting lines, and workflow foundations to support our new structure and inspire high performing teams.

This role plays a foundational part in shaping WBA's future by rebuilding people foundations and culture after restructuring, enabling the organization to better hold companies accountable for sustainable development through a healthy, high-performing team.

• Brilliant and experienced HR leadership with 8+ years running a small/medium sized organisation in remote, values-driven organisations.
• Deeply comfortable with employment law and able to provide clarity on how to balance compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• An excellent strategic thinker and project manager, comfortable picking up and running with projects independently.
• Demonstrated experience with team leadership and management, obsessed with detail and ensuring all people operations run smoothly.

Remote work in CET time zone with biannual in-person team meet-ups. Salary band: €65-75k. Teal-inspired organizational culture prioritizing collaboration, trust, personal growth, and high performance. Flexible working hours within CET time zone.
