What you will drive
- Act as line manager for self-managed teams, supporting all people-related matters such as recruitment, performance review, target setting, compensation, and rewarding.
- Develop and execute practices to enable self-managed teams in a corporate environment, including succession planning, training, talent management, and budgeting.
- Interface with Wรคrtsilรค corporate for people requirements and manage external recruitment and training agencies.
- Network with local academia to promote trainee, thesis work, and PhD programs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in human resources, psychology, or other people development relevant studies; engineering background is a plus.

- Experience in procurement, negotiation, and management of recruitment services vendors.
- Strong drive, people management, influencing, and communication skills at all levels; fluency in English.
