Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead talent management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development improvement practices for all global IRAP offices
- Oversee US human resources daily tasks including payroll, recruitment, benefits, union management, and organizational culture and morale
- Build and maintain an anti-oppressive organizational culture in a dynamic global environment
- Coach, mentor and advise direct reports, peers, and senior/middle management on best-in-class talent management and organizational development practices

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of senior human resources/people and culture leadership experience
- Prior experience with a global mission-driven organization is required
- Experience supporting teams that span offices in multiple countries is required, US included
- Previous experience leading multinational human resources-related functions, including talent management, recruitment, global compensation and benefits, and organizational development improvement practices
