Head of Operations

• Lead and optimize all field-level O&M activities across a multi-technology fleet (Wind, Solar, BESS, and Gas), ensuring 24/7 availability for critical infrastructure support.
• Direct the design, staffing, and operationalization of the company’s new Integrated Operations Center (IOC), establishing protocols for real-time monitoring and dispatch.
• Develop and execute the strategy to selectively insource high-value maintenance tasks while managing third-party O&M providers to rigorous performance and safety KPIs.
• Champion the implementation of advanced diagnostic tools, including AI-driven analytics, ultrasound, and thermal imaging, to move from reactive to predictive maintenance.

This role ensures the reliable operation of clean energy and firming assets that power critical data center infrastructure, directly contributing to the transition to sustainable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• 10+ years of leadership in power generation, with a proven track record of managing at least 5 GW+ of diverse assets, including Wind, Solar, BESS, and reciprocating gas engines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree or professional certifications like CMRP preferred).
• Direct experience designing, launching, or managing a Remote Operations Center (ROC) or centralized control room environment.
• Deep understanding of the 24/7 reliability and 'always-on' power requirements necessary to support Data Center operations or large-scale industrial loads.

Total Compensation: $220,000 - $255,000 (includes base salary + bonus). Equity Grant. 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision for you and dependents.
