Head of Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Build and implement operational systems to support organizational growth from 8 to 25+ staff
• Develop and manage processes for scaling operations effectively
• Oversee day-to-day operational functions to ensure organizational efficiency
• Create infrastructure that enables BlueDot Impact to expand its workforce capacity

This role enables BlueDot Impact to scale its operations and build a larger workforce dedicated to protecting humanity from existential risks, particularly in the field of AI safety.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in operations management, preferably in scaling organizations
• Strong systems thinking and process development skills
• Ability to build and implement operational infrastructure
• Leadership experience in managing operational functions
