Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team of experts supporting international cooperation, special projects implementation, and serving as secretariat to nuclear safety committees
- Provide strategic input for program development in nuclear safety technology and regulation areas
- Represent the NEA at internal and external meetings, establishing collaboration with stakeholders and partners
- Manage staff, set objectives, provide feedback, and promote teamwork and effective project management

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Advanced university degree in a discipline relevant to nuclear safety
- At least 10 years' experience in nuclear, regulatory or energy policy activities
- Excellent knowledge of technical nuclear facility safety matters, safety-related research, and regulatory approaches
- Experience working with international nuclear community organizations like IAEA and European Commission
- Proven record of senior-level relations within political decision-making environments
- Fluency in English or French with willingness to learn the other
