Head of Global Grantmaking

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ProVeg's global grantmaking strategy and operations
• Oversee the distribution of grants to accelerate the transition to a sustainable global food system
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
• Develop and implement processes for grant evaluation, monitoring, and reporting

This role creates positive change by strategically directing grant funding to accelerate the global transition to sustainable, plant-rich food systems, benefiting people, animals, and the planet.

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in grantmaking, philanthropy, or nonprofit program management
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage global teams and operations
• Strong understanding of sustainable food systems and plant-based alternatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership development abilities
