Head of Forest Consulting

• Lead and scale the forest products consultancy offering from the US market, building a market-leading strategic advisory business across the global pulp, paper, and packaging value chain.
• Drive business development, win and deliver high-impact consultancy projects including market overviews, feasibility assessments, cost benchmarking, supply-chain mapping, and commercial due diligence.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing US consultancy team, establishing scalable processes and fostering a client-focused consulting culture.
