Head of Finance (Global) - Globally Remote Based

Core responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the monthly, quarterly, and annual group close, managing consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and FX
• Design and enforce group accounting, governance and internal control frameworks, owning balance sheet integrity and audit readiness
• Own group budgets, forecasts, financial planning cycles, cash flow planning, and runway visibility, building scalable revenue, margin and cost models
• Prepare financial materials for investors and the board, ensuring consistency between management and investor reporting

This role enables Amini to build sovereign, AI-native distributed infrastructure for the Global South, empowering partners to leverage artificial intelligence for innovation, growth, equality, and success, positively impacting billions of lives.

Required skills and experience:

• Senior finance experience (Controller, Finance Lead, Senior Manager) with strong hands-on experience with GAAP reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and complex revenue recognition
• Experience in technology-driven businesses, managing multiple revenue streams, providing financial insight, and supporting strategic business growth
• Experience managing outsourced accounting and tax advisors, comfortable operating in globally remote environments with strong written communication and judgement
• Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth vision
