Head of Finance

• In this role, you'll build financial infrastructure and systems to scale a multi-entity grantmaking organization from $40M to $3B in annual donations.
• Oversee day-to-day finances including reconciliations, book closing, accounts payable, and cash management.
• Manage the finance team and maintain relationships with external accountants, auditors, and financial advisors.
• Implement and enforce financial controls for $30M+ in annual funds across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build scalable financial processes and systems to support rapid organisational growth.
