Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 25+ Tech professionals organized into several teams (IT Ops, CRM, ERP, back-office, Program Managers)
- Define and execute BlaBlaCar's Tech strategy around internal tooling and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Partner with business leaders, product teams, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand tooling needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Manage critical supplier relationships and structure large integration projects involving external solutions and/or in-house development

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Strong and successful managerial track record, including managing managers
- Experience in managing company-wide SaaS contracts and solutions; experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Workday are a plus
- Business acumen and customer-centric approach with ability to be a creative and reliable product and business partner
- Problem-solving skills and track record of achieving results in complex ecosystems
- English language proficiency (French is a plus)
