What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Drive broker engagement, training, and enablement to increase their submissions and conversion
- Expand our network of brokers and other distribution partners
- Develop joint go-to-market plans with each brokerage's leadership and team; track partner performance metrics and implement continuous improvement plans
- Set the parametric commercial strategy, including product pricing and distribution channel design
- Identify new commercial growth opportunities within parametric insurance
- Serve as the voice of the market for internal strategy — influencing product development, technology, marketing, and customer success

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 7+ years with the insurance industry as a broker or doing business development/sales through brokers as an insurer
- Proven ability to close large, complex deals and exceed sales targets
- A network of US brokers, agents, and other key relationships
- Tenacious and able to provide clear examples of showing perseverance in leading internal and external stakeholders through a complex sales lifecycle
- Committed to solving the climate crisis through practical and scalable means
- Bonus: US brokers E&S license (active or renewable)
- Bonus: experience placing parametric products
