Head of Design

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product designers, championing their work across the company.
• Define KPIs aligned with company OKRs and deliver against them.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to ship solutions that drive real customer value.
• Evolve design operations by adopting industry best practices and AI capabilities.

This role accelerates the solar industry's transition by designing tools that make solar adoption simple and predictable, enabling thousands of solar professionals to serve homeowners and businesses effectively.

• 12+ years in product design, user experience design, or related field.
• 5+ years building design teams and cultures that ship technical SaaS products.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of bringing clarity to complex topics.
• Deep experience shipping complex tools, design systems, and multi-role products across web, iOS, and/or Android.
