Head of Data Platform

• Define, own, and deliver the multi-year strategy for the Data Platform, including maturation of Snowflake implementation and curated data product layer.
• Own direct monetisation capability for the Data Platform, enabling external paying customers via Snowflake-to-Snowflake sharing.
• Build, lead, and develop a world-class team of data engineers and adjacent disciplines.
• Run the Data Platform as a product, maintaining a roadmap balancing customer demand with foundational investment.

This role enables efficient data-driven decision-making across global commodity markets, supporting investment and risk management that can influence sustainable resource allocation and market transparency.

• Strategic leadership experience with technical depth in data platforms and product mindset.
