Head of Cyber Strategy & Transformation

• Define and execute a multi-year cybersecurity strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, including investment cases and prioritization.
• Lead complex transformation programs to elevate cyber maturity, ensure NIS compliance, and manage risk across critical national infrastructure.
• Guide secure adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and address IT/OT convergence risks.
• Embed cybersecurity culture across the organization and lead a team providing expert guidance globally.

This role directly supports Iberdrola's transition to Net Zero by ensuring cybersecurity enables safe digital innovation and protects critical national infrastructure, embedding resilience at the heart of the business.

• Proven cyber leader with deep technical expertise and strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS, NCSC CAF, NIST CSF).
• Track record of delivering strategy within organizations of similar scale and complexity.
• Comfortable operating at C-suite level, translating complex technical challenges into clear business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
