What you will drive

  • Develop and implement proactive customer engagement strategies to drive product adoption, value realization, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Be the voice of the customer within GreenFlux, collaborating cross-functionally to identify and address customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Customer Success team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Define and track team KPIs, optimize processes, and contribute to upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS or technology environment, with 5+ years of demonstrated team leadership success.
  • Data-driven and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into action plans.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and EV charging technologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
