What you will drive
- Own end-to-end product and range strategy, ensuring the right product reaches the right customer at the right time and price.
- Drive day-to-day trading performance, reporting on category KPIs and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Manage demand forecasting, brand and range strategy, pricing, inventory, and seasonal activation to maximize growth and margin.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in category management, buying, or trading, ideally in consumer, e-commerce, or subscription environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning or influencing P&L outcomes at category level.
- Confident working with data to build forecasts, set targets, and drive trading decisions.
- Deep understanding of pricing architecture, value tiering, and lifecycle discount/promotion mechanics.
