Head of Carbon

• Own and manage end-to-end project timelines across all carbon credit activities, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Lead and grow the carbon team, setting objectives and OKRs, and recruiting/developing team members.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, and external registry partners.
• Oversee carbon strategy, forecasting, and credit issuance reporting processes.

This role directly scales Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) carbon removal in tropical agriculture, sequestering gigatons of CO2 while regenerating soils and creating a livable planet with nutritious food and healthy ecosystems.

• Strong project management background, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience managing teams and setting objectives in a fast-paced setting.
• Scientific/technical background in carbon, environmental science, or geochemistry sufficient to understand carbon crediting concepts.
• Master’s degree in a related subject (e.g., geochemistry, environmental science, carbon management).
