What you will drive

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow Seabound's commercial function, owning customer and key partner relationships
  • Drive near-term commercial execution and build foundations for long-term sales, business development, and partnerships capabilities
  • Secure commercial deals for demonstrations, early deployments, and longer-term agreements
  • Develop pricing strategy, build customer pipeline, and convert traction into contracted revenue

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or sales roles
  • Experience in complex, B2B, long-sales-cycle environments (industrial, energy, infrastructure, maritime, climate tech, or similar)
  • Demonstrated history of originating, negotiating, and closing material commercial agreements
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders including shipowners, C-suite executives, technical teams, and regulators
