Mission
What you will drive
- Own and deliver revenue growth - build pipeline with high-value ecosystem relationships across DERMS/VPP platforms, aggregators, finance, retailers, and O&M
- Create repeatable go-to-market motions, playbooks, and commercial packaging (pricing, partnerships, channel/referrals)
- Lead executive-level stakeholder management and multi-party negotiations (technical + commercial + regulatory realities)
- Partner closely with Product/Engineering/Customer Success to align commitments, timelines, and customer outcomes
- Build and lead the BD team over time (hiring, coaching, pipeline discipline, forecasting)

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7–12+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in energy software
- Proven ability to develop complex, multi-stakeholder deals and build a predictable pipeline
- Comfortable selling technical products (APIs, integrations, data/control reliability) with crisp business framing
- Trusted with C-level stakeholders; can align technical + commercial + program teams
- Strong operator: structured thinking, clean execution, excellent written follow-up, accurate forecasting
- High ownership, high intensity, low ego; someone who can set the bar and bring others with them
- Excited by early-stage ambiguity and motivated by building something category-defining
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Passion for accelerating the energy transition and enabling a more connected, flexible, and decarbonized grid
