What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Stay informed about state level initiatives, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams on market dynamics and client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with client goals, building and maintaining trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and across New York State Agencies and programs, leading the creation of proposals, presentations, and client pitches tailored to specific needs and opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities, and mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
