• Drive AI-enabled project delivery transformation by engaging with engineering teams and embedding AI into core workflows.
• Build and scale AI solutions across the portfolio from concept to scaled adoption.
• Lead multidisciplinary AI delivery capability and establish conditions for adoption and impact.
• Shape AI governance, risk, and responsible use frameworks.

This role accelerates the application of AI across Ramboll's Buildings business to improve project delivery, productivity, and client outcomes, contributing to sustainable and responsible engineering solutions.

• Extensive experience applying AI, automation, and digital solutions within engineering project delivery environments.
• Strong track record of translating emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions with measurable impact.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
• Solid understanding of AI governance, risk, and responsible adoption frameworks.
