Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the curation and planning of Chatham House's year-round events, conferences and roundtables and contribute to their delivery.
- Work closely with research, communications and fundraising teams to create events that reflect our priorities and reach global audiences.
- Build strong relationships with senior speakers, moderators and partners.
- Ensure high editorial standards across all programming.
- Use insight and analysis to evaluate events, spot trends and innovate for future convening.
- Constantly improve our database of contacts and the use of it.

What makes you a great fit
- Strong editorial and analytical judgement with deep knowledge of global policy and international affairs.
- Alertness to political and regional sensitivities; sophistication in framing a debate to bring out differences of opinion and highlight controversies for discussion.
- Proven experience in event programming or convening high-profile discussions.
