Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop the Earth's Athletes program and design engagement opportunities for youth athletes, professional athletes and coaches, schools, parents, etc.
  • Lead fundraising, outreach, and relationship-building with potential donors through various communication channels.
  • Provide vision, strategic planning, and financial management to ensure organizational sustainability and compliance.
  • Supervise staff and volunteers, maintain an inclusive workplace, and oversee recruitment and performance management.

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Multiple years of experience at the executive or senior level of nonprofit leadership.
  • Background in educational program development and/or campaign organizing.
  • Proven track record of positive donor engagement and ability to develop growth strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills with commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
