GTM Technology Enablement Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GTM Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a technology enablement strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure seamless execution of technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technology enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure sales and marketing teams have the necessary skills to effectively sell and promote our products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a technology enablement or sales enablement role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology enablement strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
