GROWTTH Engineer II

About the Role

In your role as Continuous Improvement GROWTTH® Engineer II you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Leading continuous improvement (CI) projects and actively support developing a Lean culture through example and practice.
• Support GROWTTH® events, (Kaizens, VSM, A3, 5S, 3P etc) and systemising the output.
• Train and support staff in Lean thinking, culture, behaviours & methodologies.
• Work with teams across the company, to deliver Year-on-Year saving through excellent project execution.

This role contributes to sustainability by ensuring it's at the forefront of every project and task, while supporting Freudenberg Medical, Ireland to become recognized as a Center of Excellence for Lean within the industry.

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrable experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean
• Engineering or Science Degree/Masters
• Engaging and energetic personality, capable of bring people together to form strong productive teams.
• Have command of the subject and be able to represent Freudenberg Medical, Ireland as GROWTTH/Lean representative when needed within the wider Freudenberg Medical group
