What you will drive
- Maintain CRM hygiene: data quality, structure, lifecycle stages, and pipelines
- Own the operational and technical marketing setup of the website (no coding required)
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows for automation and task assignment
- Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs

What makes you a great fit

- Initial professional experience (internship or full-time) working with a CRM
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred
- Strong CRM and data mindset; detail-oriented and process-driven
