• Manage marketing automation and CRM processes in HubSpot, including nurturing sequences and reporting.

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, automation, reporting).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel optimization, lead management, and conversion tracking.
• Fluent in German and English; structured, self-reliant working style.

100% remote work, attractive salary up to €75,000 depending on experience, high autonomy, modern marketing stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio), direct communication with leadership, and fast decision-making.
