Growth Marketing Manager

• Own key digital channels including Paid Search & Shopping
• Assist in execution of Meta & TikTok ads including ideation, briefing, optimization, reporting, etc.
• Support testing into new scalable & measurable acquisition channels
• Develop hypotheses and run varying tests on creative & landing pages to improve incremental performance
• Support management of TikTok Shops including optimizations, product listings, affiliates, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, brand marketing, customer experience, and digital product to produce & present insights on high-performing ads while ensuring a seamless customer journey from viewing an ad to purchase
• Own the management of product feeds for Paid Search & Social needs

This role helps scale Blueland's mission to eliminate single-use plastic and reduce carbon emissions through innovative cleaning products, contributing to environmental sustainability by diverting plastic from landfills and oceans.

• 3-4 years of growth/acquisition marketing experience; startup & DTC experience preferred
• Hands on experience in managing ads in Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics required; familiarity with BI tools such as Looker preferred. Working knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
• Understanding of marketing mix modeling and incrementally testing
• Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what drives performance
• Proven track record of taking initiative and driving to optimize & improve metrics
• Detail-oriented self-starter and a fast learner
• Effective multi-tasker; comfortable wearing many hats
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker - leverage data to inform key decisions and anticipate potential future problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about the environment and sustainability and interested in Blueland's mission
