Growth Leader, Water 

Core responsibilities:

• Identify upcoming municipal infrastructure pursuits with emphasis on the municipal water/wastewater/conveyance markets that are consistent with AECOM's water business line and growth strategy
• Serve as AECOM's primary point of contact with clients, ensuring high-quality service and developing marketing and client capture strategies
• Lead the proposal development process including Statement of Qualifications, Technical Proposals and Presentations
• Manage, support and/or lead project teams on the design of water and sanitary sewer conveyance systems; municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities; and other water infrastructure projects

This role develops innovative and impactful water projects and solutions in Canada and worldwide, working on some of the most significant water infrastructure initiatives in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area.

Required qualifications:

• Creative and highly talented professional with business development experience
• Experience in municipal infrastructure with focus on water, wastewater and conveyance markets
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with leadership at all levels of the business
• Strong client relationship management skills with ability to drive client-centric culture and initiatives
