Mission

What you will drive

  • Own content initiatives end-to-end, from concept development through filming, editing, and final delivery across video, photo, and audio formats
  • Capture and translate team milestones, product progress, and company execution into clear external signals
  • Support prioritization and execution of growth initiatives across hiring, product signal, and commercial objectives
  • Manage content systems and asset libraries (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring version control, scalability, and reusability
  • Produce and maintain commercial-facing assets across the customer journey, from first touch through customer engagement and partnership development
  • Edit and publish podcast episodes, including audio cleanup, structuring and publishing-ready outputs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content and collateral are on-message, production-ready, and usable by commercial, recruiting, and leadership teams

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience owning content projects from concept through execution
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to translate technical or abstract ideas into clear narratives
  • Strong video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
  • Experience editing audio and podcast content (e.g., Audition, Descript, Logic, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work full-time in the Burlingame office
  • Experience producing content for professional or B2B audiences (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales enablement materials and commercial workflows (preferred)
  • Familiarity with content workflows, asset management systems, and publishing processes (preferred)
  • Interest in energy, climate, or infrastructure-scale technologies (preferred)
