Mission

What you will drive

  • Educate and support growers, advisors, and retailers on Semios + Agworld agronomy solutions through community engagement, field visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide in-season technical support, data interpretation, and troubleshooting for Semios field solutions (traps, MD, irrigation, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver educational content such as webinars, workshops, whitepapers, and case studies to drive adoption and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and contribute to strategic planning.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in agronomy, horticulture, viticulture, environmental science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical agronomic support or related agriculture role.
  • Strong understanding of crop production cycles, irrigation systems, and on-farm sensor data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; ability to travel up to 60%.
