Mission
What you will drive
- Directly support the Vice President Group Head of Reward to bring the Group Reward Strategy to life and be an active agent for change.
- Evaluate and evolve RES reward policies, programmes and tools to ensure they remain effective, consistent, fit for purpose, and market aligned.
- Lead the annual Reward cycle ensuring robust processes, controls and communication are in place to ensure efficient delivery.
- Optimise HR systems functionality to bring greater efficiency and manager empowerment through automation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in reward management with proven track record of developing and leading reward/incentive programmes in a global matrix organisation.
- Understanding of compensation principles, market practices, and local regulatory requirements with experience developing and maintaining salary bands.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, advanced Excel capabilities, and excellent numeric and analytical skills.
- Results orientated with a "can do" positive attitude and fluency in English.
