About the Role

The Group Leader, Customer Deal Readiness and Execution will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and overseeing the delivery of revenue-generating customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery of revenue-generating customer programs including Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), solar generation, and data solutions
• Serve as primary operational owner for deals transitioning from Sales to Customer Operations, ensuring deal structures are operationally executable and financially sound
• Lead cross-functional deal readiness reviews to identify and mitigate downstream risk while managing budgets and financial stewardship
• Build and lead a high-performing Customer Deal Readiness and Execution team while establishing standard program governance and reporting models

This role helps large companies modernize their infrastructure with no upfront capital, funding and executing energy and equipment upgrades that deliver measurable environmental sustainability and profitability for customers, communities, and the planet.

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Customer Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
• 10+ years in construction and contract management (GC license preferred)
• Strong commercial judgment with operational mindset and expertise in risk management, compliance, and governance
• Financial acumen with focus on margin and cost-to-serve, plus exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills

• Expected annual salary: $200,000 - $250,000 (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
