What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership for a seven-year grassland conservation project across 400,000+ acres in the Great Plains
- Supervise and support a geographically distributed team including Project Managers and Grazing Specialists
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with ranchers, land managers, and partner agencies
- Guide implementation of adaptive grazing and grassland management practices

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in rangeland management, wildlife biology, ecology, agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7-10 years of experience in grassland conservation, grazing management, or working lands conservation
- Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple partners across large geographies
- Working knowledge of grazing systems, rangeland ecology, and conservation on private lands
