Mission
What you will drive
You'll work across four core areas:
- The Climatebase platform
- The Climatebase Fellowship
- SF Climate Week (SFCW)
- The Climate Week Network
Key responsibilities include:
- Design visual assets for Climatebase.org, including landing pages, email graphics, and marketing content
- Support product-adjacent design needs and ensure consistency across web, email, and in-product visuals
- Design event-related assets for SF Climate Week and Climate Week Network, including event graphics, speaker visuals, social media templates, and web/email assets
- Maintain and evolve multiple brand visual identities, create reusable templates, and collaborate on visual direction for campaigns

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4–7+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or visual design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, brand systems and consistency, and campaign or event-related work
- Fluency in Figma; experience with Adobe Suite and Canva strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and visual hierarchy, comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Comfortable working collaboratively with team feedback while also able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong project management skills and interest in climate or mission-driven work
