Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce various print and digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, presentation decks, annual reports, toolkits, factsheets, donor materials, event materials, and more.
- Collaborate with various departmental teams to understand their design needs and translate complex information into clear, visually engaging graphics.
- Ensure that all visual creations maintain the relevant org's brand standards and visual identity as well as multi-entity compliance.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and communicating progress effectively.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including both print and digital projects.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
