Graphic Designer

Core responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce various print and digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, presentation decks, annual reports, toolkits, factsheets, donor materials, event materials, and more.
• Collaborate with various departmental teams to understand their design needs and translate complex information into clear, visually engaging graphics.
• Ensure that all visual creations maintain the relevant org's brand standards and visual identity as well as multi-entity compliance.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and communicating progress effectively.

This role creates positive change by shaping the public image of New Left Accelerator and The Capacity Shop through visual storytelling, effectively communicating their mission and impact to diverse audiences to support social justice organizations in achieving systemic change.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including both print and digital projects.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
