Mission

What you will drive

  • Support the Director of Grants in forecasting future grant directions and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct targeted research to identify new institutional funders, focusing on government agencies and foundations, while expanding into private-sector and individual funders.
  • Draft concept notes and proposals across organizational initiatives, collaborating closely with programs, finance, operations, and development teams.
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM records are accurate, up-to-date, and complete for all grants and assist in maintaining documentation of funder interactions and requirements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Social Work, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of grant writing and/or grant-funded program experience; U.S. Government grant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success securing or renewing grant funding with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
