What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage grant administration, including tracking applications, approvals, disbursements, and reporting deadlines
  • Maintain shared folders, trackers, and internal documentation for impact work, ensuring data and materials are organized
  • Provide administrative support to the Impact team, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and handling logistics
  • Support grant cycle launches and close-outs with clear timelines and checklists

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to track grant applications, approvals, disbursements, and reporting milestones across grant cycles
  • Strong administrative skills in scheduling, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and organizing leadership workflows
  • Comfort supporting payment tracking, confirmations, and documentation in coordination with internal teams
  • Ability to maintain clean trackers, shared folders, and grant documentation across tools and platforms
  • Clear written communication skills for drafting professional emails, instructions, and updates

Benefits

Compensation: USD $3,000 per month ($36,000 annually). The role is fully remote with flexible hours, requiring daily overlap with core team hours (Mon-Fri from 11a-2p ET and at least 4 hours overlap with CET).
