What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage grant administration, including tracking applications, approvals, disbursements, and reporting deadlines
- Maintain shared folders, trackers, and internal documentation for impact work, ensuring data and materials are organized
- Provide administrative support to the Impact team, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and handling logistics
- Support grant cycle launches and close-outs with clear timelines and checklists

Required skills and qualifications:
- Ability to track grant applications, approvals, disbursements, and reporting milestones across grant cycles
- Strong administrative skills in scheduling, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and organizing leadership workflows
- Comfort supporting payment tracking, confirmations, and documentation in coordination with internal teams
- Ability to maintain clean trackers, shared folders, and grant documentation across tools and platforms
- Clear written communication skills for drafting professional emails, instructions, and updates
Benefits

The role is fully remote with flexible hours, requiring daily overlap with core team hours (Mon-Fri from 11a-2p ET and at least 4 hours overlap with CET).
