Mission

What you will drive

  • Write and submit LOIs, proposals, and reports to secure new grant funding from corporate, foundation, government, and philanthropic partners.
  • Manage the entire institutional grants cycle including inquiry, submission, compliance, and renewal.
  • Coordinate with Impact, Finance, and Communications teams to ensure timely preparation of proposals and reports.
  • Research and implement AI tools to increase efficiencies within the Capitalization department.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and at least 7 years of related work experience required.
  • Exceptional and persuasive writer with strong experience in grants management and proposal writing.
  • Excellent ability to conduct research, synthesize, and implement findings.
  • Proficient with virtual office tools including Zoom, Outlook, and CRMs such as Salesforce.
