Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide administrative support for the investigative anti-hate reporting fund, including scheduling, logistics, and selection committee coordination.
  • Manage application and selection processes, serving as point of contact for fellows, grantees, and applicants.
  • Monitor grantee reports, project timelines, and assist in preparing grant reports; gather program data for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the programs team to systematize application processes and develop guidelines; liaise with communications staff for website content.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1-3 years of work experience in project management, journalism, grantmaking, or international affairs/development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., media development, international relations, public affairs).
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Survey Monkey, Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, Submittable, WordPress, and Zoom desired.
