Grants & Compliance Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence on potential grantees including financial statement review, sanctions screening, and risk assessment
• Execute grant agreement processing, coordinate payment requests, and maintain organized grant files
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate grant information in Fluxx throughout the grant lifecycle
• Manage grant reporting schedules and follow up with internal program teams on report submissions

This role supports the Global Methane Hub's mission to fund methane mitigation in energy, agricultural, and waste sectors, which account for 96% of human-caused methane emissions, contributing to climate change solutions through efficient grant operations.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
• 3+ years of professional experience in grant management, compliance, due diligence, or related fields
• Experience with Fluxx or similar grants management platforms required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required

Salary: $46,000-$58,000 USD (benchmarked to specific locations with geographic differential applied). This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote role with international travel (~10%) and considerable time flexibility to support multiple time zones.
