Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide general support for the contract enrollment process: Gather certificates of insurance, route documents/forms for signature via Docusign, and submit documents via various government contract management platforms.
- Manage a specific portfolio of government contracts and private grants: Prepare monthly grant spending reports in Excel, disseminate monthly reports to team members within SAGE, and respond to questions and support requests related to grant spending.
- Assist with the preparation of government invoices: Gather and collate expense documentation, prepare required forms, and maintain complete and well-organized records of supporting documentation.
- Support the Sr. Director of Grants, Contracts and Compliance and the Contracts and Grant Manager with grant management and other finance department tasks as needed.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Some relevant work experience in accounting or grants management, or a bachelor's degree in a related subject, with a strong desire to build skills and grow in this field.
- Strong organizational skills – the ability to manage, prioritize and follow-through on multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong fluency in MS Excel, plus ability to learn Intacct, Salesforce, or other pertinent software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and SharePoint/One Drive.
