Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Determine how to structure grants in consultation with the Legal team
- Conduct due diligence on grantees and collect missing information
- Track grant details in Salesforce grants database and manage payment tracking
- Communicate with program staff and grantees throughout the diligence and payment process
- Support related projects such as setting up new legal entities, tracking program budgets, and improving processes through automation

Required skills and experience:
- At least two years of operations-relevant experience
- Experience with legal compliance, finance, or consulting is a bonus
- Experience in a fast-moving startup environment is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and solve novel problems creatively
- Receptive to feedback and eager to iterate and improve processes
